Peggy Hutcheson, PhD – Known for her creativity and leadership in consulting, career development, and training, Peggy is skilled in helping organizations develop strategically-aligned human resource systems and processes. She has worked with organizations of all sizes and in all sectors to design and implement programs that make a difference in improving the capability of the organization’s workforce and in positioning the organization for success in the future.
Joanne Jorz – Joanne identifies and works with future clients, collaboratively defining the most appropriate solutions to support their business goals. Joanne is expertly suited for this with experience managing HRD consulting organizations in the Public and Private sectors as well as managing sales in a start-up e-learning business. Joanne believes that partnerships facilitate exceptional results.
Anne Marie Hutcheson – Anne Marie brings expertise in designing competency models, implementing Human Capital inventories, designing adult learning, and facilitation. Her post-graduate work in counseling and organizational psychology, as well as her interpersonal skills strengths, position her ideally for work in increasing team effectiveness. She especially enjoys helping groups to understand their thinking styles, unlock their creativity, and improve organizational communications.
