Office Politics at Work
Office Politics. Can’t live with it, can’t live without it. Office politics is more than jockeying for position. Its understanding the informal policies of the organization and knowing how things get done at work. This dynamic 1-day workshop will help employees identify tools for managing life in a complex organization. They will come to understand the long-term impact of their day-to-day approach to work, and develop their own skill in using the information available from informal sources to work more effectively.
During this program, participants will:
