Cutting Through the Fog: Communicating Effectively
Communication – relaying and understanding information – is increasingly important. The ways in which communication occurs are numerous, and the speed at which communication happens is accelerating. This 1-day workshop underscores the importance of good communication and reinforces several of the key skills, especially listening and responding. Participants see and practice communicating with confidence, clarity, concern, and impact. This program focuses on utilizing communication skills in delegating tasks and working with groups.

• Understand your style in sending messages to others.
• Learn to use three skills of active listening.
• Learn to respond supportively.
• Learn techniques for building trust through communication of shared values.
