Individual Development Planning
Development is one of the most important factors for employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity, and it is critical to organizational success. This program equips employees with concrete information about themselves, their skills, their interests, and their goals. Participants will learn the steps and techniques necessary to bring career planning information to their manager or a coach or mentor in a career discussion.
During this 1 day program, participants will:
• Explore personal and work goals.
• Identify supports available to nurture their growth and development.
• Develop confidence with the career discussion process and their ability to initiate it with their manager.
• Practice having a collaborative career discussion.
• Complete assessments for skills, interests, and work values and apply the findings to their action planning.
