Leadership Tools For Success
Leadership Tools for Success is a program designed with the knowledge that people who are new to managerial roles need both information and practice. The workshop covers many of the tasks and roles that managers fill: goal setting, performance discussions, delegation, coaching, managing resources, motivating employees, and providing feedback.
Each element of the workshop includes hands-on practice following skill building tips and instruction. Participants will be actively engaged in the roles, or 'hats' that they wear as a manager in your organization.
The Odyssey Group delivers this in flexible 1/2 day modules or as a 3 1/2 day workshop.
