Managing For Results
Managers link the organization to its people – and managers hold many of the keys for success. This program is designed to help managers improve their ability to maximize business results. The interactive format of this workshop helps strengthen participants’ confidence with many of the fundamental skills that build a manager’s role.
During this program, participants will:
• Understand the role of the manager in supporting organizational business strategy.
• Learn to maximize productivity through time management, organization, and delegation.
• Improve decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strengthen communication skills.
• Explore ways to adapt their management style.
• Understand how thinking styles impact the work of the organization, and how their own thinking style works for them.
• Develop an action plan for implementing the skills and techniques they learn during this workshop.
