Performance Management
This 2-day program gives managers the opportunity to develop performance management skills that promote open communication, goal attainment, and employee growth and development. They will learn key steps and skills for contracting and following through on expectations to maximize results.
During this program, participants will:
• Describe the performance management cycle.
• Examine the manager’s role in the process of managing performance.
• Outline the three steps in setting effective performance expectations.
• Study and practice four techniques for observing and documenting performance.
• Learn how and practice holding effective performance discussion.
